Congratulations to the Class of 2030 Merit Scholars! Hailing from 17 different grammar schools and each exibiting incredible academic promise, Camden Catholic is proud to present these students with Merit Scholarships.
Last week the scholars and their parents were invited to gather in the Hocker Information Commons to learn more about the Merit Scholar experience from our current Merit Scholars, including featured speaker Daniel Walsh '26, and alumna speaker Erin O'Callaghan '19.

Erin matriculated at the University of Notre Dame where she was an biological sciences major. She studied abroad at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, was a teaching fellow in the philosophy department, an undergraduate teaching assistant and researcher, and volunteered with Matriculate, mentoring high achieving low-income high school students as they prepared for college.
Erin spoke about her CCHS experience, and how that has provided a foundation for her success, not just academically, but spiritually as well, as she continues through medical school. Erin's experience is a true testament to the incredible CCHS faculty, our strong curriculum, and our faith-centered approach, as well as to the amazing person Erin is!
Our guests also were able to experience the Anatomage Table, and exhibitions from a few of our STEM research mentors and fine arts students. Each Merit Scholar was gifted a CCHS Class of 2030 Christmas ornament printed in the St. Thomas Aquinas Innovation Lab.
