merry christmas camden catholic

As the Christmas season fills our hearts with hope and joy, we extend warm greetings to you and your loved ones on behalf of the entire Camden Catholic High School community. We also congratulate all of our applicants who have been accepted into the Camden Catholic Class of 2030!

Christmas invites us to pause and reflect on the gift of Christ’s birth—a reminder of God’s enduring love and His call to live with faith, compassion, and service. These values remain at the heart of Camden Catholic and continue to shape the lives of our students.

Our alumni accomplishments and commitment to living out Gospel values are a true testament to the Camden Catholic experience. We were uniquely reminded of this last week when we hosted the Class of 2030 Merit Scholar reception with alumna guest speaker Erin O'Callaghan '19, who spoke about her Camden Catholic experience. Erin matriculated at the University of Notre Dame where she was an biological sciences major. She studied abroad at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, was a teaching fellow in the philosophy department, an undergraduate teaching assistant and researcher, and volunteered with Matriculate, mentoring high achieving low-income high school students as they prepared for college. Erin spoke about her CCHS experience, and how that has provided a foundation for her success, not just academically, but spiritually as well, as she continues through medical school. Erin's experience is a true testament to the incredible CCHS faculty, our strong curriculum, and our faith-centered approach, as well as to the amazing person Erin is!

As you celebrate this holy season, may your homes be filled with peace, your hearts with gratitude, and your lives with the joy that comes from knowing Christ. On behalf of our faculty, staff, students, and families, we wish you a blessed Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year.
