On December 18 Camden Catholic was honored to welcome the Class of 2028 Presidential Scholar candidates to celebrate this great accomplishment and to learn more about the opportunities that await them at CCHS.
At the Presidential Scholars Reception guests included those 8th graders who qualified for the Presidential Scholarship, their families, and current and past scholarship recipients. Alumni Jack Baylouny '23 and Amelia Calzaretto '23 shared how the scholarship program provided a strong foundation of academics, faith and service which they now call on during college.
Current scholars Trish Escarrilla '24, Grace Samuels '25, Ryan Mullin '25 and Lucas Tillman '24 also presented their experiences, from innovative STEM and Robotics projects to faculty mentorships, internships and curriculum choices.
