Legacy Giving provides a time-honored method for a donor to express generosity and commitment to CCHS. Legacy gifts can come in the form of a deferred gift, a gift where the school benefits from a remainder interest or a combination of the two. Available options include:

• Bequests

• Charitable Gift Annuities

• Charitable Remainder Trusts

• Real Property

• Life Insurance

Execution of a legacy gift agreement immediately entitles the donor to recognition as part of the school’s 1887 Legacy Society. Donors may choose to remain anonymous.
