What is J-Term?
In March, Camden Catholic will once again host- J-Term: Irish Immersion. J-Term, short for Journey Term, will take place over three days (3/20-3/22).
Over the course of J-Term, Camden Catholic will offer course offerings outside of the regular curriculum rooted in student interest and faculty passions. On this page, students click on the Course Guide link below to review the course listings. Then, after careful thought and consideration, they will click on the Registration link to rank their top ten choices and be placed in ONE course for those three days, immersing themselves in the content of that one course over the J-Term.
Every attempt will be made to place students in their preferred course based on their rankings. Although students are ranking their top ten courses in order of preference, students will only be placed in ONE course for the three day J-Term. Juniors cannot sign up for J-Term course which they already took last year. Students should consider how they would like to spend those three days and read the various options being offered.
Passionate, purpose driven, innovative, and creative, J-Term provides students and faculty the opportunity to investigate and reflect. J-Term will be yet another innovative learning experience that makes Camden Catholic the premier Catholic high school in South Jersey.
If you have any questions, please see Mr. Bruckner in room 216, or ask any faculty member.
