The Guidance Office supports students’ four-year academic and personal development at Camden Catholic High School. The counselors seek to work with students in their academics, activities, and student life as well as help them navigate issues facing adolescents today. Counselors will meet with students on an individual basis or in small groups or classroom settings. Students may also schedule individual appointments with their counselors.
Guidance Office Comprehensive Four-Year Program
- Freshmen: orientation, transition, and adjustment to high school.
- Sophomores: begin career exploration and research potential college majors.
- Juniors: the college planning process begins with research of college options and developing their list of schools for applications during senior year.
- Seniors: counselors continue to guide students during senior year to support the application process and scholarship searches.
In addition to this comprehensive program for students, the counselors host yearly College Fair and Financial Aid Workshops, a yearly summer “College Boot Camp” and provide programs for parents at each grade level.
